भूमिका:

नेटवर्क परिचालन टीम का उद्देश्य, सदस्य डिपो के विकास और आत्मविश्वास को समर्थन प्रदान करना है, इसके लिए, एक सुसंगत दैनिक ग्राहक अनुभव का विकास करना, डिलीवरी के लिए क्षमता का प्रबंधन और प्रबंधन करना, तथा जब समस्याएं उत्पन्न हों तो उन्हें संतोषजनक और कुशल तरीके से हल करना है।

क्षेत्रीय परिचालन प्रबंधक अपने क्षेत्र के सदस्यों के लिए प्रक्रियात्मक संचालन और प्रदर्शन उद्देश्यों की देखरेख के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होगा। उच्च सेवा स्तर और ज्ञान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यह भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है।
क्षेत्रीय परिचालन प्रबंधकों की एक टीम के साथ काम करते हुए, सफल उम्मीदवार सदस्य विकास के विभिन्न चरणों के माध्यम से प्रारंभिक कार्यान्वयन से डिपो संबंधों को बढ़ावा देंगे, साथ ही उच्चतम स्तर की सेवा और सदस्य प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने सहयोगियों के साथ सक्रिय रहेंगे।

महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारियाँ :

• सभी सदस्य डिपो के अनुपालन का सक्रिय प्रबंधन
  o Agree overall standards and targets for all operational metrics – identify and work with target depots to improve their performance and achieve agreed standards across the board
  o Develop and use a concise depot health check process focused on compliance to Palletforce daily routines
  o Use a strategy of meetings, Teams calls, phone calls and electronic messaging to communicate at Depot Principal/Person in Charge level at depots to drive compliance – agree then how this is escalated and how.
  o Be empowered to challenge the depot when service is not up to standard and seek improvement
  o Complete ‘Deep Dives’ into specific depots to provide narrative to the business and guide solutions
  o Complete any depot training needs
  o Manage complaints arbitration process
  o Work with the Network Control Tower team to assist with efficient query resolution

  o Build relationships with Member Depots to aid communications across the network and be available to assist with advice and guidance
  o Update Member Depot CRM

  o Work with Member Recruitment Team from as early as possible on all new depot implementation projects
  o Complete the onboarding and training, and initial sign off operationally with the Depot Principals
  o Revisit and pass into normal operations
  o Refine and develop the onboarding process
